Educators can partner with Bender Leadership Academy to connect students with disabilities to programs in their community. Educators also have the opportunity to engage as an instructor for summer programs.

Employers have the opportunity to serve Bender Leadership Academy students through donating time and resources.

Employers can sponsor a fieldtrip to their workplace, sponsor a school district to participate in the Bender Student Leaders program, or sponsor a student for a workplace experience.

Employers are invited to provide resources including transportation funding, program support, technology resources, and more.

Support Bender Leadership Academy students by volunteering your time. Assist with building interviewing skills by participating in mock interviews. Provide workplace insight on a variety of employment subjects such as the benefits of initiative, appropriate dress code, leadership skills, or expectations in the workplace. Connect with students in classroom or community settings.
