Lisa Krause, Board Director

Lisa Krause is an experienced technology leader with a history of delivering large scope and software optimization projects. As Director Project Management Office for EdgeCo Holdings, she oversees the strategy, governance and execution of projects across the IT organization, supporting multiple business lines. EdgeCo Holdings is a financial services firm providing technology solutions and support services to financial intermediaries including full-service retirement plan administration, brokerage, advisory and trust & custody. Prior to her current role, Lisa supported IT projects within the healthcare and finance industries. She built processes and strategy for corporate sustainability in digital accessibility and disability engagement programming. While working with the Highmark Health group of companies, Lisa acted as the Careers2B Program Ambassador, which connected early career talent from the disability community to work opportunities.

She is a highly adaptable leader with competence in relationship management and a proven track record in execution of day-to-day operations and staff development. Exceptional ability to lead team members through change, with success in mentoring and coaching employees with varied backgrounds and experiences to reach a common goal.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in computer application information systems from Clarion University of Pennsylvania. Her information technology career began at BNY Mellon, in Pittsburgh, PA.

Lisa is a former member of the Volunteers of America Professional Advisory Committee, Disability & Inclusion Consortium, and International Association of Accessibility Professionals. Throughout her career she has engaged in professional development opportunities including Women LEAD IT and served as a program mentor for Emerging Leaders, volunteer mentor for Disability Mentoring Day, and mentor for the Disability:IN NextGEN Leaders program. She has delivered remarks at the Disability and Mental Health Summit, Disability:IN NextGEN Leaders Mentoring Program, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association Blue National Summit.
